im talking about ressurrection of evil of course.
the gravity gun enabled good looking brother of Doom3 will be on xbox, towards the end of the year it has been reported.

i thought the doom3 port was a triumph of the will, so i hope the porters are the same company.
RoE was a great addon, although i felt the devs should have steered towards making Doom3 more like 'doom' rather than HL2.

more enemies and larger levels (although RoE has some big levels) as opposed to balancing the gravity gun.

thats the thing isnt it? i have heard it may be 34$.
i found it a more cohesive experience than doom3 but amazingly, its 'boss' fights were worse. worse! imagine that!

But I'd rather ID/Whoever did RoE/VV port Doom 3 AND RoE to the X360. It'd be all souped up and running at err, alot of frames.

given the 360s BC, would the extra umph give us 'more stable' xbox1 games?
also, and THIS one is pure drivel, could they be upscaled to 720?

Got the PC version bundled with Doom 3 for $40 CDN.

$30 seems kinda steep for just the expansion.

Did this XP even sell on PC? I know D3 got a lot of hype and sales but RoE? Nobody I know that bought D3 picked it up. It must have bombed pretty hard.

i thought it did ok, i knew a few people who bought it, which is RARE for pc games these days.
but yes a full 360'ed version of the game/s would be great!

Good question. Too bad we don't get PC sales data. The Doom expansion pack dropped in price extremely quick. You found it for 20 bucks within two weeks of release. Now you can find it for 15.

My guess is that this will be handled like Morrowind was - a Platinum re-release of the original Doom 3 with new content added on for a higher than usual Platinum price ie: 29.99 to 34.99.
