he doesn't seem to be that strong of a hero but his ult is ridiculous for making carries even more ridiculous and also taking down towers, so I think we'll see his ult changed before we see him in competitive play.

Troll is -- by far -- the most broken hero in Dota2. It's very, very hard to lose games with Troll Warlord. Once you get to 16, you can damn near just stand in the fountain and ult for the team for the rest of the game and still win the match.
He'll never see the light of Tournament Captain's Mode until he receives a complete re-work to his ultimate if not a complete rebuild of all his skills.

Can there be any question?
They're beating the best in the world, with all sorts of lineups and ideas. They're flexible in their ideas and approaches to each game, their execution is solid no matter what style of game they need to play, and their results speak for themselves.
Definitely a different experience.
Banning heroes is awesome and the teamwork is also great fun.

Maybe, but for The International every team will we bringing their A-game. The quality between teams playing outside of The International and inside seems quite big.
It is my favorite though.
He is. 180 bonus global attack speed every 20 seconds is insane. Need to increase the cd of the ult and maybe other adjustments before he goes into CM.

hey guys i have been enjoying slark recently ands got the medallion for him but never used the active effect...is it good 1v1? or should i use it in team fights..

The useable effect is what makes medallion really good. On Slark, only the mana regeneration is really useful, you don't really need the additional armor because you're an agility hero (they have high armor because agility gives you more armor). The useable effect does not cost any mana and has a very low cooldown, so use it as often as possible. You can use it while farming to bring down creeps faster, you should definitely use it in 1v1 fights and in teamfights, just throw it on the most important target in the enemy team and spam ping him so your team focuses him (maybe) and he dies really quickly. It also goes through magic immunity if I'm not mistaken. Also an excellent item against heroes that are really tanky against magic damage but have low armor values. Examples: Pudge, Bristleback, Alchemist, Doom, Tiny.
Use the active effect when you're fighting an enemy who is running away. That'd be the simplest explanation. If you're invis and they can't fight back, that's another clear opportunity to pop it.
So what heroes are your top 3 favourite heroes to play? Not talking about on which you perform best, but which 3 heroes do you enjoy the most?
For me its:
1. Puck (So many great tools and both amazing ganking abilities aswell as great initiation tools, by far the hero I enjoy and play the most)
2. Meepo (Those rare times when I manage to get of a net followed by a blink in mass poof give such an satisfying feeling, maybe its also because those things succeed for me so rarely
)
3. Spectre (Such a fun carry. Still havent testet Milk's refresher - radiant build but was planing to do that later today, really love the feeling of chasing people with the dagger and the constant map dominance via the ulti.)

but yeah, its a running joke in the community, mostly because the USA teams have been doing not so hot in big tournaments (I don't think a US team have win a big lan tour in the last 3 years )
So because NA teams are trash they have latched onto the best European team?
They do it with tons of teams. LGD.Int gets it too.

Cant't get it down to 3 so i'm gonna go with 5: Shadow Fiend, Puck, Invoker, Queen of Pain and Morphling, Tiny is really close tot. I guess i certainly have a type.
Its mostly cause it annoys Euros.
