Inhouses aren't as imbalanced as this though. This team is all very high players that would be within the first few pages of MM vs. a much less experienced crew. When we do inhouses, balanced shuffle is used and it'll typically be 2-3 better players per team with a couple of less seasoned people filling out the rest. It can swing either way depending on the lane matchups and level of trolling going on, especially when it's not CM.
