It's difficult to evaluate heroes like that because a single hero might be bad in one metagame and better in another, and the meta is dictated by the overall balance between the heroes and the particular quirks of each team.

That said, there are definitely some stand out "bad heroes" that haven't been buffed because Icefraud doesn't know if it's a numbers problem or a design problem, and remakes take a while.

If I had to make a list it would be something like:
Doom
Broodmother
Necrolyte
Timbersaw

She's the kind of hero you use against new players that don't understand the game yet and don't know what sentry wards and dust do. Otherwise she's kinda frail and any hero with an AoE skill can destroy her spiders. If she farms well she can probably get really strong but at that point so are the other carries.

how did late game go? seeing the dire doesn't have a better late game than the radiant with gyro having 1k creeps and dusa at 800.

Bristle with 3 hearts can hold those 2 ? I doubt it.

im sorry but the maths in here made me laugh

you sounded so pleased with your win % too

She's the kind of hero you use against new players that don't understand the game yet and don't know what sentry wards and dust do. Otherwise she's kinda frail and any hero with an AoE skill can destroy her spiders. If she farms well she can probably get really strong but at that point so are the other carries.

Necro and OD are both my favorite heroes because they fill that "intelligent carry" roll that I think dota lacks a little bit.

You should realize that you're not being very convincing when your argument is that magnus should just run. If the options are either 1) die to PL illusion(s) and 2) run, the games basically already over.

If he backed up even three feet from the initial strike before attacking the illusion, the entire scene plays out differently. Whether it be in laning or in the very, very lategame, you mitigate a lot of damage by kiting the illusion. He had plenty of space and time to do that in the gif, but he chose not to. That's the important (and humorous) bit, he chose the singlehandedly dumbest way of handling the spirit lance.

I don't see some heroes at all, huskar is never picked and neither is OD. Those 5 are picked on rare occasion. SF isn't bad but I think he needs a good lineup like brood does, and let's face it, all SF players are egotistical assholes.

Every now and again you get THE PRO. THE PRO is a player that picks a very rarely seen hero and then goes on to wreck shit and ruin the enemies day. This is the gut who picks Meepo anf goes mid, gets first blood and then comes out the jungle at 20 mins 6 slotted and wins you the game

I dont think these heroes are bad. People just hate new things and so stick to the same boring shit all the time
