Well he's been flaming pretty much everyone and it's how he is, I don't think that was the issue.
It was probably more some of his jokes, the one I remember is how he went on about how he hasn't been using his arm muscles a lot recently since "You pay someone else to do that for you here (in China)". I'm sure it got a chuckle out of some people but I don't know if you want your host to be saying things like these.

Well he probably should have cut to break because that segment had a lot of awkward silences but thats not reason enough.
He tweeted that it was not perfect world that fired him, I.e it was valve, so I doubt it had anything to do with production.

Only caught glimpses of the draft but it was a last pick, right? Makes sense because that's definitely the kind of lineup you want to be up against. Only oracle is a bit of an issue with his stupidly low BAT and fate's edict/ulti to prevent most of Phoenix damage and safe those who're about to burn down. But since the game is already steamrolling so hard, Oracle won't be an issue at all. Leaving Solar Dive at lvl 2 and just maxing Laser which goes through Edict with its pure damage is the right choice.
Going Shivas right after midas is the right choice, too, imo. Shivas destroys most of those heroes and he can afford it with how he's faring.
