I think it only shows self-stun time. That would be crazy if there were like 10 stun cooldowns on the screen.

I don't think the stun bar is a bad idea, in fact it is a good one. However, I think it looks ugly and big right now, and I am glad there is a way to turn it off, even if it is only via console.
Every time something like this gets added, the first arguments that pop up are "lowered skillcap!!!" and I don't think that is always the case. This case, I think It makes it more apparent to people that don't have every single spell icon in the game memorized yet what is stunning them, and I don't see a problem with that. It's not like you need a bar to tell you when you are stun, but making it easier to tell what stunned you and when it is ending is nice for those that don't know what they are looking for in the debuffs.
It goes back to the neutral camp spawn boxes: just making information that veterans just have ingrained accessible to newer players. I'm sure there will probably be an update at some point to revise skill descriptions and alt text to reflect some unwritten aspects of a spell, such as Lich gaining XP from sacrificed creeps. Hopefully they update incorrect ones too, such as Tinker Aghs laser, which says it refracts to all units, when it is really only heroes.

Nothing wrong with reducing some of the burden of knowledge.
I like the idea of the Stun Bar a lot, I assume it looks out of place since it in the style of unreleased UI.
Whats sort of cool about it, is that if you select another hero it will tell you how long THEY are stunned for. Its a lot better to look at a big bar, rather than a tiny buff icon when knowing when to apply the next disable.
Valve should put an option to turn it off in the normal options though, I dislike when option are sort of hidden.

Stun bar is an excellent idea and improves the game most certainty other than looking a bit ugly at the moment. I think they'll find a solution for that down the road.
To be fair we play as a 3 stack so there is inherently less complaining about missed arrow than solo queue.
But anyway is think the current mirana is far less about her arrow than pudge is about his hook, I mean pudge don't bring much to the table without his hook except if he walk/blink on a ennemy to ult him.
Well I guess a roaming mirana is also the same, but when I say support ( sometime solo support ) mirana, I really mean support. So more often than not it's mostly about baby sitting your carry, pulls, and using your ult to save people on the other side of the map, and your jump/Starstorm to get some kill.... All the while still being able to secure some farm with the arrow in the jungle.
I guess it's a pretty greedy pick, when I try to think about it I don't even really know why it work so well ( random luck is still a possibility ), but whether I have a pretty low impact on the game like this one or a far bigger one, it do work pretty well atm.

As a Secret-hater the Secret drama is the best gift imaginable.
The stun bar is ugly and distracting (especially for something like cold snap), and I'm really not convinced that it's a good addition.

Yeah unfortunately Bulldog was only there for one game earlier and it was a stomp.
I'm actually starting to get sick of Bulldog streams. I miss when he played with Xyclops and his girls every day. Those were legitimately entertaining streams. Now it's just memes, screaming and the propagation of casual racism and misogyny pretty much nonstop.
