Its +15% fantasy points for what ever he scores for deaths. It's something like 3 points minus 0.3 per death or something like that.
Basically you just want to pick good players who are going to be playing more games over just higher level cards

Yeah, most people don't play everyday. I always get top 10% just by playing everyday and picking people that play

I know! We gave him lots of positive reinforcement for that...then he went back to feeding, or running around the map taking the bounty runes, or just buying the wards so no one else could, or buying a gem and running down mid.
