aww guys people were flaming our CK but he made some nice smoke calls and we ended up winning the game and in post chat he said he didnt have any friends in dota and to add him. I didnt add him

I had a game where we were 2 rax up then my team just decided fuck it do not save for buy back and take a random fight in our jungle going in 1 by 1 and then lost.

Then a God damn techies 80 minute game to follow.

Who do you guys think is a relatively safe hard carry to pick first or second? I really don't like the Mexican standoff where everyone is jousting for their pick to avoid counters. I feel like my Timber has started to hit a wall now at ~3.5 and moving on to another hero. Slark and Sven are in my hero pool atm and I've been eyeballing Morphling for a while.

Dunno if morph is a safe first pick. Its like asking for an AA pick or AM. The latter being way more common in pubs.

Ye not saying I would pick morph first, just that he's been interesting to me for a while. My bad on the poor wording. I guess Juggernaut could be safe pick and self-reliant in case of odd lanes/non-existent supports but I don't think he has too many good ways of handling morph or slark who are a bit too popular atm.
 
LC and Brood are the two heroes in which I can do well on and then watch my lead dissipate ~ 30 min mark.

Pretty much exactly what happened honestly. 30mins is where it went downhill I think.

The Atos was for breaking Weaver's Linkens. Not sure if it was better than a BKB but I think so. Breaking the Linken's works best when you do it yourself because everybody will deem their single target spell the most valuable and then it's too late and the damage's done.

Forza Horizon 3 is so good on the PC. If it goes on sale pick it up. A perfect game to play after getting salty in a DOTA match.

Abyssal blade breaks linken too but it's a pretty costly item. Bloodthorne on Jugg tho, wutface

Ursa would be a pretty safe pick.
