Dre talking about Detox was wack. I can guarantee you Dre has like 5 albums worth of FIRE that he made for Detox that we're not gonna hear until he dies because he's such a perfectionist.

Man, the posthumous releases of Dr. Dre will probably rival 2 Pac and Johnny Cash in the cash grab department.

I don't think it's that he's a perfectionist. I think it's that he isn't anywhere near as sure as he used to be that what he thinks is cool is what's actually cool anymore.

Which makes sense. He's 50.

15 years making that Detox album and now, all of a sudden, Dre releases an album... whatever, dude..

I hate the absurd amount of guest artists this soundtrack is going to have.

Hi, I'm nortonff. I spend my life going into threads to say that I don't care about the topic of the thread. It's a really good use of my time.

Have you ever listened to Chronic and 2001? They're all full of guests. Dre is a producer, not a rapper.

Cold 187??? Awesome, I don't keep up but ATL was awesome. Livin' like Hustlers is one of my favorite rap albums.

The reviews on iTunes for this yet to be released album are pretty hilarious.

"5 Stars mang. This is gonna be fire!"

"1 Star, Why are you guys rating an album you've never even heard 5 stars? This is sooo dumb!"

Man Ebro is such a tool. This dude is talking through a song he prefaces by saying "this song is rock---but it's fire." Shut the fuck up.

Link also just takes me to the download page. Doesn't open up iTunes (which I have installed and updated) and when in iTunes I don't have an option to listen to any livestream of the album, period.

Is this an Apple Music subscriber-thing only?

Did you click the grey "I have iTunes" button on that download page? It should open iTunes, then might take some time before playing.

I would imagine you have to be on the trial to listen to it without downloading.

Oh jesus christ.

1) I'm an idiot
2) But it does makes sense that I'd click the BIG FAT BLUE LISTEN IN iTUNES BUTTON

But yes, if you have iTunes already installed, when you click that link, click the little gray "I have iTunes" button and there you go.

First "rapper" I heard during the streaming started slurring some words I could not understand for the life of me. Ugh...

I had the same mistake. If you read the grey message it says that for some reason it couldn't detect iTunes on your computer. Normally clicking the blue button would open iTunes and load the link.
