Dragon’s Dogma 2: In-Depth Look at the Character Creator – IGN First

Seems like similar to elden ring, a mediocre passable character creation, certainly can be a lot better, from the trailer seems like team ninja does a better job on nioh and wo long. With this new crapcom drm, mods isn't possible anymore, this sucks a lot.

Uh-oh, manlets BTFO

I MADE THE CUT

I'm a little alarmed how much Capcom is showing off this game. I understand building up hype, but I have a feeling they are doing so to generate as many pre-orders as possible before mixed reviews inevitably drop. Hope I'm wrong

I'll be a lot less skeptical if they drop a demo like they do for most their recent games

Who could ever have predicted that in the year of our lord 2024 game developers have become deadly afraid to use the terms "man" or "woman" in a character creator where you create obviously male and female characters?

Pro tip: make your pawn a famous character and you'll be rolling on easy money due to all the hirings it will get, Gandalf, Guts, Zelda, Tifa, etc...

I'm tempted to make Kimahri from FFX with the new cat race, I also noticed there's a new "movement style" option at 2:19, I wonder if that affects character speed.

I don't like how happy you are S SlimeGooGoo , in fact... who are you and what have you done with SlimeGooGoo?!?? How did you access his account, is he still alive? Stop this sick game of pretending that SlimeGooGoo would be happy about a game this instant!!!

Seriously though this looks pretty cool, I like the whole derivative system where you can get it fine tuned without having to touch sliders, in a way. I'm planning to play this quite a bit since Diablo IV turned out to be not my cup of tea.

I think I'm gonna make a cute (but not too cute) angry waifu. If that doesn't work I'll go with a well built husbando. :messenger_grinning_sweat:
