If Goku's power level is 5, and he is just as strong as Goku, 17's power level is 5. It doesn't matter if you can't sense it like regular ki.

Zamasu sounds bad, the voice doesn't fit his character at all. It's way too deep.

Black sounds like Goku and Frieza's lovechild. I like it.

Jesus, Zamasu is awful. No emotion, too deep and he sounds older than he should.
Schemmel needs to drop the generic British accent and his Black will be fine, though I think he could add the tiniest bit of rasp, similar to Nozawa and keep his pitch on the lower side.

The new voices have been very hit or miss, hopefully each one is good by the time they show up in the show.

As far as I'm aware Chris Sabat is the voice director for both.

I'm hoping Sean Schemmel has a better idea of how to do Black's voice when it comes to dubbing him. I met him at The Great Philadelphia Comic Con, he said he is going to voice him in the dub since it makes sense.

That's certainly an improvement on Goku Black, the tacked on British accent is very funny though, turn it down a couple of notches and I think it'll be fine.
Zamasu is whatever lol, but his Japanese voice was already perfection (SON... GOKUUUUU!!) so it's hard to top that.
Edit: I guess the more I listen to it, the more I start to like Sean's new take on Goku Black's voice.

He gets deeper when yelling and screaming, but his base voice is pretty soft and young sounding. There is deepness in his voice, but the way he speaks is soft.

My expectations are in check. Each person is going to use their special ability and take out a bunch, some will get individual fights by the end of it, but all the serious stuff will be up to Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta. It'll be a mix of wacky hijinks and shit.

But it won't finish because the Zenos will fight each other and do a battle royale with teams or some shit like that.

Zamasu seems fine if not a safe choice. One could say boring I guess. Goku Black is so over the top. I love it.

You need a certain level of training to unlock a new Super Saiyan form, and Future Gohan is less trained. Didn't prepare for the Androids and didn't have the Hyberbolic Time Chamber.

I think they got James Masters aka Live Action Piccolo and Spike from Buffy the Vampire slayer to do Zamasu's voice.

So I think he should be good by the time the Black Arc airs.
