DRAM prices have increased 170% due to AI demand

Around 2030 from the looks of it, assuming AI demand doesn't increase exponentionally. Which I honestly fully see happening. Just wait until we're at AI assistents like, say, in the movie Her. And this IS coming, do not be fooled.
Be fooled? By who? All the top AI companies are saying this is coming they aren't trying to convince people it isn't. They need to convince us it's happening so they can justify the billions in losses they are experiencing right now.

Do they really have to? It's quite obvious we are heading in that direction and whoever comes up with the first working assistant will make bank. It's only a matter of time and at least one of the reasons why everyone and their mother is trying to come out on top in this game.
