pcostabel Gold Member Nov 29, 2005 #6 No, light guns work by detecting the electron gun in CRTs. LCD tvs do not have an electron gun.

Yes it will work on a CRT, as long as the signal is standard NTSC. A progressive signal won't work, unless the game accounts for it.
