Probably someone else should answer this, but I never can see wheel questions left behind.
The Force Feedback in DC is kinda rudimentary, it doesn't blow your mind and it doesn't feel like driving a real car. It does try to tell you about the edge of grip and when your rear will step out if you push it more to replace the missing seat-of-pants-driving sensation feedback, but because of the fast, hectic arcadish nature of the game and its tracks, it's less usefull than in sims on wider race circuits. Also you get some kind of hiccup-force pushes, when you do very fast counter-steering movements, feels like I'm breaking my wheel. pCARS, DiRT Rally(/Sebastian Loeb Rally is supposed to have good FFB too) and Assetto Corsa are the PS4 games you will want a wheel for (probably GT Sport as well, I still have hopes that it will be out this year).
Just from the steering precision/lag DC plays really good with a wheel. It's just a pity that it doesn't have any pre-defined setups on a per car basis in terms of steering linearity, degrees of rotation and so on. 540 degrees is fine with all cars so far for me though.
