Some new images I took today, been messing around with apeture and focus. So some may have come out poorly.

What were your race settings for this? I want to race in this lighting!

Whoa. For some reason I'm starting to see this picture like I was wearing 3-d glasses and it was in 3-d.

I guess it's the reflections and the perspective. The poles kinda jump out if I stare at the image.

On a side note, I dunno why most of my captures look somewhat washed out in comparison to how it looks in the game when I take the screenshot. I dunno how some posters on the thread are able to make the captures look so vivid.

Man I wish I could remember It may have been the first Japan track with dynamic weather at 5AM on x45 or x60, I THINK :S

Thanks! I'm very happy you like them. On those I'm not using a filter, only film grain (about 40%), and I left the exposure set to standard on them. I do have various levels for aperture, focal distance, and shutter speed, depending on the shot.

. Keep messing with it. This one took me a while to get used to coming from the Forza games. I really love this game. Can't wait for replays!

I wonder if the focus, and some of the other things you mentioned, has something to do with the colors popping out. I rarily use it, and many of the captures with vivid colors seem to take advantage of it.

Maybe it's because I didn't play it until last month although I followed DC topics since launch, but I never understood people saying the India tracks were the least impressive looking. I love them, the atmosphere, the heat and the dust, is incredible. I do understand that they added some heat haze at some point so maybe it's because I only played the tweaked versions.

India is amazing, indeed. I love all the countries in this game. They're all amazing. I hope to see mine (Brazil) in DC2. ;D

I think it's those first tracks at beginning when you just start playing tour for the first time and now possibly before any of the updates. It all just looked to bright and a bit off. However throw in some clouds and rain and OMG!!! 😜

As DD just mentioned above all the tracks are great! They all have their own feel / atmosphere. Evo really put a lot of work into this game as it is very rare to love so many tracks in just one game. If they keep updating it like they currently are. We won't need a Driveclub 2 until the PS5 arrives. ☺️

I tried to take few shots with more vivid colors by using the saturated filter. There was a glitch in the tunnel, which darkened the image in certain angles.
