I don't think any photo mode allows those, although I'm not sure how TLOU's equivalent is now after it's been patched, and I haven't yet tried how it's in Shadow of Mordor. Infamous also had similar limits as the DC's photo mode.

Sadly not, I think what we saw and what gave that impression was simple a debug camera option.

Still it's pretty decent and can get some great shots.
