I graduated at 24. It's normal. Anyone who says there's a timeline for getting a degree is kidding themselves. Everyone does it at their own pace.

You will, if you want to do anything that requires imperial bux, which is pretty much everything aside from building new floors. It doesn't take very long for the free bux at the start to dry up and there's very little opportunity to earn more without spending money. And on top of that, shit is expensive as fuck, you'll need to buy a lot of bux to unlock anything cool. It's fun for the first week, though.
