Lately I've been watching Misfits, Black Mirror, and Skins. I grew up with a ton of British shows because they used to play late night on a few Canadian channels.

Misfits was good with the original cast...the latest season i didnt watch as it just looked shit

Black Mirror is some creepy shit but i havent watched the lates one

Skins series 1&2 were fucking flawless..3&4 were aaaight

Are there any good remakes other than the Office that the yanks have made that are actually worth watching?

yes. perfect balance of corny and vampire/superstitious lore. it gets better as it goes along too. so many stand out episodes. catch it on netflix.
