Gonna buy them all when they come. Resident Evil on Switch is just the best way to play them. I hope Capcom is also porting the original Code Veronica too. It's a crime it's not on Switch yet.

Seems like a no-brainer. Capcom ported all the mainline RE games pre-7 to the OG Switch, and has cloud versions of most of the others available. It makes sense for them to release native versions now that the hardware can handle it.

I guess the only debatable one is Requiem, but that was always more a question of how late the port would be than if it was coming at all.

I think so. I think their only source of leaks are mostly based on RE, that's why we only ever see them associate themselves with RE.

I remember they were a "verified" user once on ERA and that was removed some time ago. May not be as credible as they once were? dunno.

More like throwing everything that can be possibly RE related on the wall and then hoping at least some of that will stick and turn out true

Switch 2 getting RE9 would be a huge deal. A Nintendo system hasn't had a brand new mainline entry in the Resident Evil series since RE4 on Gamecube. Should really put all the concern trolling about lack of 3rd party support to rest (it won't).

After State of Play and Summer Game Fest, I can't barely remember how many third-party games get announced for Switch 2. For everyone expecting a strong support for it, I think these are bad news.
