Maybe i'm imagining things but the tone of that message sounds sombre. If you were getting back into a marketing cycle with this game you would have a bit more excitement then just 'a few words'. I really loved the first Dying Light and my most anticipated game this generation was it's sequel. I hope all is good

It will probably still be far away and I have absolutely no doubts in my mind that they've drastically scaled it back from what was originally promised, and which seemed way too ambitious at the time. But I'm still in, the first is a real hidden gem.

I'm sure it's probably something that has some positivity to it. Especially since they added that little video. If there was nothing added to that post I'd be more concerned TBH, haha. Guess we'll find out soon enough!

Square Enix has announced that three of the four planned DLCs for Final Fantasy XV have been cancelled. In addition, it was confirmed that game director Hajime Tabata has left the company.

Yeah, the video sucked, but I still have hope after that brief snippet at the end. I don't need the greatest game since Mario Slices Bread, I just need a sequel that builds upon what made the first such a neat little gem.

I bet it's absolutely nothing like they said it would be in that original reveal though, when they claimed it would have some ridiculous sprawling branching narrative and an entire world that changes or some shit.
