E3 2014 | Nintendo Treehouse Live @ E3 [ it's over :( ]

Giant Robot seems like a really interesting idea that could turn out to be a great download game once fully baked. Guard already seems pretty amazing.

Lol it stole the camera.

No I don't.

Somehow console audience seems to afraid of unfinished games. Don't be. You don't have to play them at that stage if you don't want to. You just get a feeling of what the game could be like when it comes to basic concepts.

Not sure if anyone mentioned it in here but Splatoon is trending on Twitter worldwide right now.

The response Nintendo has been getting to their approach to E3 this year has been awesome.

edit: and now Project Giant Robot is trending worldwide

Guard looks much better than Robot. Were the concept fleshed out, I could see it being pretty interesting. Both definitely seem like the early concepts they are, though.

Whoever the female commentator is does a great job. I hated the guy that did the rest of the treehouse segments. He was awkward and was bad at keeping flow.

Nintendo should use her more often for these things.

Edit: I guess she is a Dev on this robot game. She has a good personality and is good at speaking.

She has done her research!

Does anyone else find it strange we're still seeing tech demos for the Wii U gamepad? Nintendo really did not have direction on that...

Yeah, this is the kind of stuff the WiiU should have launched with, but they were to busy bragging about getting old 360/PS3 ports. -.-

Anyways, this looks really fun.
I like tower defense stuff.

Not really feeling any of these games. Miyamoto is the greatest designer of all time but, yeah, gaming has evolved past him and his ideas.
