EA announced that for the first quarter alone, the company had net bookings of $1.26 billion. That amount surpassed the anticipated amount of $1.25 billion.

As far as the catalysts for the high earnings, EA says it was “stronger performance across Madden NFL 24, FC Online and FC Mobile.”

For FY2025, EA still has numerous major releases including Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Madden NFL 25, EA Sports FC 25, and NHL 25.

Single player stuff is fine this year but I spend most of my time on Ultimate Team.

So casino-wise it has never been better. There is a lot to do and you can get a GOOD team without paying a cent. Especially now because FC25 is coming out soon.

They fuck up the gameplay with (almost) every patch. I don't even know where to begin honestly

The issue is the servers and netcode are terrible, the gameplay isn't a lottery it's entirely random, no consistency at all, you learn to go with it and I'm in the Elite Division on Ultimate Team and regularly finish rank 2/3 on Ultimate Team Champions, but ultimately if the connection favours you over the other player, he could have 99 rated players and you could have a team of silvers and beat them comfortably.

I tried FC a couple of weeks ago (with PC Gamepass) and while it does look pretty cool I found it lacking. It seems breaking up with FIFA didn't really harm them but the final product wasn't to my liking.

I'll always have my hopes up for a new Battlefield. You never know...

Next year's fall is definitely going to be a fun one, between the releases of Marathon, the next Battlefield (which has been talked about as a platform for all kinds of experiences), Call of Duty 2025 (reported to be a futuristic Black Ops II sequel), the next Ghost Recon (said to be a grounded tactical FPS inspired by the Modern Warfare reboot) and a very fresh new Far Cry. And that's without getting into Rainbow Six Siege 2.0 and Metroid Prime 4: Echoes, both expected for earlier in the year.

So the industry wants new shit, cries about Call Of Duty, yet DICE doing different shit all the time is also bad too apparently lol I'm fine with them not putting out something every year and making some attempt to do something different, even if the game flops. I'd rather a flop in trying something new, then the same thing over and over or something. Even in BF titles I disliked, I was fine with the attempt cause one should be trying new things in the first place.

I worked at a gas station and some lady would come in and buy $500 worth of lottery tickets nearly every day. She scratched them off infront of me and threw them away.

2042 is the only real misstep in BF history...........which theyve all but course corrected, probably too late but atleast we know they can do it.
DICE just need to seriously look at what made BF3, 4, 1, V and current 2042 good......and meld that shit into one game, stop removing features people like and adding features no one wants.

And please recapture the atmosphere of Battlefield 1, i go back every now and then just to feel that dense unnerving feeling of being in a war you are unlikely gonna survive.

Honestly ive never understood this from DICE.
Each of Battlefield game sunsets at such a brilliant point the logical thing would to expect the next game to launch better than the last game EoL'd.........but they always seems to step back a bit then slowly get to point perfect......then start all over again.

The formula is in their hands.

• BF3/4 destruction. Battlefield 3 Alpha and Beta1 destruction to be exact.
• The Behemoths and Atmosphere of BF1 (Behemoths not on every map, but those things were awesome when they got called in)
• Squad leader abilities, traversal and fortifications of BFV.
• Metro......the fucking Metro!!!!!!!!!!!!
• Rentable Ranked Servers..........obviously a Server Browsers.
• Official rotating gamemode servers because too often challenges are tied to a specific gamemode and that gamemode has empty servers because no one wants to play it back to back to back.
• Gadgets/Weapons/Attachements out the ass.......progression so deep every match win or lose feels like im working towards something.
• Levelution on some maps,I know I know but theres something so pleasing seeing a random ceasefire happen at point C cuz both teams want to play on the post lution map.
• Whoever the female announcers are in BF1.....bring them back, no man can bark orders at me, but if a chick with that voice asks so nicely.......im in....ill protect whatever you hold dear Isabella!!

^All these things have existed in prior games, but no one game has had them all........why?







I dont actually like on the fly weapon modification, but I understand why they have it.....i would rather they take that out, if my weapon is setup badly for this match.....adapt.
