1. That's not my only post on the matter? I clarified in several follow up posts. The initial post is just one of those ways that people sometimes express their shock at something on the Internet. Instead of saying score > *close video*, I could've posted a Drew Scanlon gif.
2. And as for your second point... ummm, okay? Tried thinking of some, and nope, nothing comes to mind.
3. Dude. Where did I do this? Did I say, change the show Jones so that I can enjoy it! Did I say, Kyle, don't hold that opinion!
Where did I do any of that or anything similar. I expressed an opinion on a piece of content and moved on.
1. I'm unsure what you mean you only basically provided why you can't relate with the score given. Arguments you make are about how the score isn't justifiable to you.
2. Like I said 0 self awareness
3. "The reasoning felt like someone was given the task of defending a low score. Or like some terrible Internet hot take. And I haven't really thought it any Kyle opinion before in that way, so it was a bit jarring."
That totally doesn't read dismissive. /s
I'm sorry but from my experience when people go into something with the intent of gaining more understanding their attitude would be very different.
Same I'm only expressing my opinion on your opinion here, and I basically I already explained why I find that attitude a bit confusing when it's really not that hard to understand Kyle's perspective on the trailer. But I too am ready to move on, as it's getting into a squabble between us two when my statement was motivated on a very general observation as someone that is getting to a point where I recognize names popping up here and there again in different threads.
Edit: And let me add to that I don't consider myself to be a bastion of consistent logical views, I'm sure people could corner me on things I've said as well.
But I want to try when that happens to at least consider if that inconsistency makes sense or not especially when it's more critical to something.
