I actually seriously looked into LastPass after seeing this thread. I was shocked to see they have Windows RT and Phone support. 12 bucks a year is nothing for the ease of use and I instantly became a premium member.

Yup, I couldn't live without it or something similar. As has been mentioned - make sure you setup a really strong master password and enable two-factor authentication. I have a physical token, but I believe it now supports Google Authenticator as well.
