30%Does anyone know the healing increase from Crimson Seed +1 talisman? I know the base one is 20% but I can't find info on this new one.

Well here is the results of that vs. final boss.Replaying with the Bloodfiend's Arm for shits and giggles. This broken ass weapon sure is something.
That weapon is actually great against Dragons, it wonders against Bayle The Dread, I can use it unique skill to aim for the head. That or Dragon Hunters Great Katana to try a new weapon type.
Yeah, it looked fun. That weapon is actually great against Dragons, it wonders against Bayle The Dread, I can use it unique skill to aim for the head.
Faith's got a bunch of nice buffs and stuff though. But anyway, thinking about doing an INT build too. I've done a mixture of playthroughs with dex, fth, & str but never did anything with INT. Experimented with the Star-Lined Sword for a bit during the DLC and was pretty sweet. So yeah, I need to check out some other INT stuff.Light Great Sword has become my favourite weapon class in the game so I'm gonna go through the DLC again with INT build so I can use Rellana's Twin Blades.
Bu one down side is just like Sword of Night and Flame, you need both faith and IN for it.
I have NT/STR build thats at level 229. Maybe I can Respec and put some strength point to faith.Faith's got a bunch of nice buffs and stuff though. But anyway, thinking about doing an INT build too. Pretty much this. But I enjoy it that way. I Stopped using Scardue after like 3Elden Ring is not a hard game.
Giga chad No-summons players have to handicap themselves to make it challenging.
I'm a summons pussy though.
Elden Ring in a nutshell .. just hope he is moving on to other projects.. leave this mess for team B to carry on.Finished the Leda fight, absolutley the worst part of the DLC. I'm not sure but I think it took me two goddamn hours. This fight was meant for summons, there were two npc ones but I didn't use them or ash summons. A nightmare. Loaded up on stamina talisman, buffed sword and went all in to kill them as fast as possible. Two I can handle but once it's three I'm done.
I don't know what's Miyazaki's design philosophy really. He talks about not wanting the whole world to play the game and making it difficult but with ash summons the game is a joke, I've seen a video where the mimic takes out half the health of the final boss (base game). And of course there's magic and ranged attacks. Mesmer's weapon has a powerful throw attack that can be done forever - only stamina needed, no FP. This fight would have been a joke with it.
So what is it, Miyazaki? What's the design philosoph? Make a game ultra hardcore for melee players, where it's the most fun, and if they don't like it they can play it extra easy and just watch summons do the work while occasionally throwing a bolt or a spear or whatever. This is just sloppy incoherent design.
Marika's Hammer is so good in this fight. The L2 button is a giant AoE, and picks you up off the ground so you just smash. Certain human characters in the game when hit by this also bounce up and fall onto the ground having to stand back up.Finished the Leda fight, absolutley the worst part of the DLC. You never had to kill yourself doing it and if it got frustrating then who cares. Just supposed to be a fun challenge. You'll always have more chances with ng+ or different characters if you want. The final boss was the only time you used it.... No doubt you'll get it next time.Well I'm out. Used a a mimic tear for the first time in DLC to kill the final boss. Also used a rune arc for the first time - rykard one that gives you extra HP. I was just done. After 4 hours I wanted to never play any souls game again. Another four hours another day, a few more days even, wasn't out of the question. I was just sick of the game and wanted to move on.
Sick of panic dodging endless attacks, healilng and getting hit again and again, sick of trying to learn every attack doge timing by the millisecond. Sick of the whole souls genre, of the clumsy menu system, of slow action and getting stunted and taking forever to get up - like the guy has a hangover. Of endless weaons and modifcations and no clear information on quality comparison, so many locked behind other attributes. Of so many cool outfits that I can't try beacuase everything lowers my defense. So much bullshit in these games.
And you know what's funny? I died simultaneously with the boss. The game kicked me in the teeth as its final act. Couldn't even get a clean win with a mimic and rune arc. Now it's been saved and there's no going back.
215 hours total elden ring and I leave bitter and resentful.

I thought backhand blade would work here but no. Putrescent wrecked me hard today, but I wanted to do it cheese-free... Not exactly clean but there are some moments.
I'll let you know in like a week or so. I just made a pure caster mage 2 days ago. I'm about level 50 and going through the base game. Never ever played a mage in all of soulsbourne so it's pretty cool and fresh. But yeah, might be challenging in the dlc, we'll see lolDefinitely curious how did this dlc pan out for magic users?
Seems like you’d get rocked non stop lol.
Dark souls 2 I did as a mage. Only time I have.I'll let you know in like a week or so. I just made a pure caster mage 2 days ago. I'm about level 50 and going through the base game. lol WRECKED. I'm starting to think Radahn could be possible with this setup. I could be wrong, but I'll try.
Nice one, I had no idea. What other buffs cancel out each other???Just as an FYI, flame grant me strength and boiled crab are both body buffs so you're only gonna have 1 active at a time (it will overwrite)
Check this out if you want : https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Buffs+and+DebuffsNice one, I had no idea. What other buffs cancel out each other???
Btw not sure if this is common knowledge but the swift slash dash (the ash of war I'm spamming in the video to get in his face) can be directed anywhere with the left stick, also away from the enemy which is great against some very hard to dodge attacks like the hippo grab.
Great, I was constantly using multiple buffs that negate each other... Also shrimps (+defense) cancel chicken (+attack)??? Good to know.Check this out if you want : https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Buffs+and+Debuffs
You basically can only have 1 buff of each single category active at one time. Weapon buffs and shield buffs are pretty self-explanatory but aura buffs and body buffs and unique buffs are kinda hard to remember. Anything that's "Unique" can be stacked as much as you want.
There's not too many Aura buffs (Golden Vow being one of them) but there's alotttttttt of body buffs. Crabs, meats, barrier stuff, flame grant me str, etc
Definitely curious how did this dlc pan out for magic users?

RADAHN CONSORT OF MIQUELLA
KNEEL BEFORE YOUR ELDEN LORD
IT'S DONE! YES YES YES YES YES!!!
Solo and just melee - bloodhound fang, radahn armor, talisman setup were the extra HP one +3 that gets you ten percent more, dragoncrest shield, and two to defend against holy/nonphysical. No attack talisman, didn't think they were worth it. Wonderous flask was opaline one that gets you better defense and plus ten percent health, used it before the fight as there's no time during the second phase (can barely heal). Finished with ZERO flasks remaining and a quarter of my HP bar. Took something like twelve hours total, most of it in the NG+ run. I spend like five minutes after running around the arena and doing gestues and playing with prattling pate - wonderful.
Not a great boss unfortunately, still good though. All they needed to do to make this boss great was make it easier to see in the second phase, such a shame. Same with Commander Gaius - just fix the hitbox on the charge as it's impossible to dodge it consistently ( I saw a video where the guy succeffully doges into the boar - not into its direction to the side but straight on into it and it works ).
I need a break from gaming.
Its because you forced your way trough the worst souls game by a mile... I got the platinum for elden ring out of respect for Miyazaki... I just finished my 4th run in Lords of the Fallen and had much more fun than playing Elden Ring... just taking a breath and running other builds.. Souls games are fun .. Elden Ring is fucking boring, poor balanced and unfair, thanks to open world bullshit and "easy mode assistance"Well I'm out. Used a a mimic tear for the first time in DLC to kill the final boss. In the meantime I'm at Commander Gaius. Feels doable but the hitbox on the charge attack is utter BS. Was this fight designed to be played ranged on torrent?
