Sure. Just seems like given Urien and Balrog weren't released all that far apart - and both were buffed to their current status in the same patch - the respective rise of each character seems pretty different. Urien seems like his stock only really went up online.
Maybe Nemo or RB will have a real breakout moment with Urien, but nobody else playing him seems to be getting great results.
Heck, Ryan's making one of the stronger cases I've seen today.

I admittedly haven't checked the TOS in a long time, but I thought Twitch partners were outright banned from streaming on different services.
It'd also cost double the bandwidth to run two streams simultaneously, and you know how flaky FGC venue internet can be as it is.
His Urien is looking more like a good Ryan Hart than a good Urien, though. The man knows how to play fighting games.
Anyway, best Urien of EL is not that great of an achievement.

It's true what they were saying earlier though, Ryans fundamentals are just so solid. And actually, against what I was saying earlier, he actually had a legitimate use for EX tackle usage there. He was doing it as a free means of closing the gap without being punished in order to keep that close range pressure on Cammy. The others I've seen do it didn't really have a game plan. Just kind of throwing it out for random damage if it hits.

He is by far the most inconsistent of the top players.
Ryan Hart, Ricki, Daigo, the Trinity, Art and LI Joe are all more inconsistent.
13 at the SEA and CEO events is eyebrow raising considering his general top 3 finishes.

Art is a top player. Final Round proved that shit. Three Cammy players in a row.
It's for the best, otherwise he'd win all tournaments.
Infil has been pretty inconsistent since EVO. Or more exactly, pretty consistent in his bad results. But life happens, so you can't blame him.
Art was never inconsistent, he was always up there in the middle of great players that never blew up. If anything he is extremely consistent.
Infiltration was extremely consistent with the wins and now he continues to be extremely consistent , but with the disappointments.
