since I've been actually watching super bowls, the only better one in my history was of course the packers winning. aside from that, this was the greatest super bowl in my viewing lifetime.

Know who I feel bad for? Peyton Manning. He spent YEARS trying to beat the pats, finally did it last year, won the Super Bowl, and now, in Eli's first really deep playoff run he did what it took possibly the best QB (stats wise) of the last 5-6 years what, 4 years to do?

Eh, he was no doubt happy though.

What a finish. Miracle scramble (Flutie like), miracle catch, game had it all.

Tuck got jobbed, but Eli's drive was epic. Great game by Tuck, the D brought the wood on every play.

Giants wanted it more. I was shocked when the Pats sent the house on that 3rd down. Plax on island against Hobbs is a terrible match up, it's a terrible match up against anyone.

Giants dominated them all game. Moss should wait to taunt Giants fans until the game is over. And whatever Bruschi was telling Seau on the sidelines seemed to work...:lol Pats sideline got ahead of themselves after they scored. Eat it!

Bill Belichick supposedly likes 4 coaches in the NFL, and Coughlin is one of them, so acting the way he did is telling.

Great game, best SB since 38 and probably the best one I've ever watched. Thank God the refs let them play, they were beating each other up out there, and the refs kept the whistles in their pockets.

I actually really feel bad for Seau. The guy worked 13 years to get BACK to the Superbowl, was on the verge of finally winning, and then had it ripped from his hands. Man.

Awesome game. i'm still stunned. Lions only lost to the Superbowl champs by 6, so that pads my bitterness as well.

I'm guessing Peyton told Eli EVERYTHING he could the past 2 weeks about the Pats and how to play them. He's already got his ring, he is probably the happiest person on earth besides the Gaints players and staff right now.

Ring chasing isn't something to admire.

Best Superbowl I've ever seen. My hats off to Eli and the Giants. Like many, I've dogged him over the years. He may not have had the best game, but he came through when it mattered in the 4th. I don't have a problem with him getting the MVP.

Congrats to both teams for an amazing game.

HOLY SHIT

ELI= ELIJAH= THE MESSIAH

THE LORD OF DARKNESS HAS FALLEN

I'm so happy for Eli and Strahan. The Packers would not have beaten the Patriots; the pass rush and Eli's "The Scramble and Catch" were the key points.

18 years in the league at a high level IS something to admire.

And what's wrong with ring chasing? Did I miss the memo where these guys play it for some other reason? I'm pretty sure they don't play for the trip to Disney World

While being in absolute and total depression, I admit that the Giant outplayed the Patriots
offensive line
.

The Giants D Line flat out won the game for them...the Pats O line was a JOKE.

Even though we've already won 3 this decade...this just makes it all seem different.

Time to listen to some Halo 3 music to bring my spirits back up.
Hey great qbs can get it done even when the O-line breaks down. Did you seen that Roethlisbergian play that Eli made when he escaped the vile clutches of 2 Pat defenders to get that essentially game winning first down.

Tom Terrific also missed quite a few throws when he had his time. Guess the pressure got to Devil boy.

wut, they won due to defense. Great drives at the end for Eli, but honestly.. defense won this. and the patriots not looking like the same team offensively during the 2nd half as they did early in the year.

I'm glad. Now the Pats can come back next season and go all the way.

That said, if it's the same situation next season, I'm definitely making some bets.

Go watch his "retirement" from the Bolts. It helps you not feel bad for him.

Yeah, im not saying Eli had a good game (ive actually been saying the contrary the entire time) but that doesnt mean his brother isnt happy as shit for him right now, and was no doubt right beside him watching film of the PATS at his house.
