Did anyone besides me watch tonight's pilot? I thought for sure there'd be at least some discussion of it; the program's practically over for the east coast now. It's pretty good; I can see myself watching this again. Reminds me of Capcom's Shadow of Rome for some reason, though, with the gladiator and the wuss.

It sounds pretty horribly revisionist. I don't think Octavian was forced into exile... in fact, at the death of Julius I think he was right in there fucking up Marc Anthony's political ambitions.
