I haven't read all of Ender's game yet. I'm about 60 pages in and I can't get over the similarities.
They both feature a young kid with a troubled home life. They are both watched over by a few characters. They both meet their nemesis in transit to their destination. They both hold the promise of great things. They both go to school to learn the tricks of the trade.
Anyone else notice this?
