ESRB submit Rating for Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut'

Maybe the rumored Stand alone DLC is part of this edition and will be announced during the next showcase?!?

Thats how I see it. I think the whole side game thing is logical as Sony did say they are more open to that as it allows the team to still get work while they prepare for a new game, fans get a little sip, everyone wins.

You'll get
  • Upgraded visuals
  • Increased LOD
  • Native 1800p mode
  • 60 FPS mode
  • faster loading
  • DualSense support
  • 3D audio
Sooo I'm about 10 hours in, should I just shelve it and pick it back up when this better version releases? This is my first playthrough on my new PS5.

Great game, spent silly amounts of time playing the original and will play this as long as the additions are worth it to me. Obviously I want the expansion anyway but I imagine we'll find out shortly what exactly this is.
Of course, it's cross gen so it's hightly unlikely to be a brand new version on PS5 but the PS4 version on PS5 already looks better than many next generation exclsuives so it'll be really interesting to see what exactly they do with this.
Not my captures.

Game was beautiful, but gameplay was repetitive half way through,
Most of the quest were repetitive as well, and don't talk about the stupid fox mini quest.

i finished the game at highest difficulty.

Pathetic Trolling. I am glad he is banned.

One of the best aspects of Ghost of Tsushima was the combat kept evolving till the end as the enemies kept changing.

All open world games are repetitive ... HELL one of the most hyped game Cyberpunk has 1 hacking mini game in the whole game, same location respawn of of unbelievable dumb Police AI stand off with thugs...

Got to give credit (or not) to Sony fanboys... they will purchase the same game over and over again, if that helps Sony make more money.

I find disturbing and impressive their blind devotion.

You can mention Halo and Gears of War all you want if that eases your mind...
It's still no justification to purchase the same game over and over again.
I can mention anything as many times as I wish and my very healthy mind doesn't need to wait for your permission to do so.
I agree, it would absolutely stupid to buy a new version of a game that you've enjoyed merely because other first parties also remaster/remake games. The only justification that people need, irrelevant of the platform they do it on is that they believe that the second purchase is worth the asking price because of the improvemnts, the new content or any other reason.
They certainly don't need to justify it to other people.

You need help.

Annnnndddd, there it is. It's the classic "I'm out of my depth so I'll leave but attempt to make it look like there is actually something wrong with the other person" line. I really shouldn't be too surprised that was the best you could do after your first comment in this thread which added absolutely nothing of value.
I'm assuming that you don't have a great deal of experience at debating? It's never as much fun when the other person somehow manages to beat themselves.

Fantastic game. Regarding the Director cut editions in general, it is just a "complete edition" with a different name. An excuse to sell the game again at full price. Fortunately in GoT case, it is worth it.

Nice deflect. Still in denial...

Deflecting what? I wasn't aware that I'd been accused of anything? Denial of what exactly? You've said nothing of value in this thread, there's yet to be anything to deflect or deny.
So we don't go around in circles with you just sprouting words in the hope that they will somehow manage to fit, lets try it one step at a time and that we can start to move forwards:

  1. Which "Sony fanboys" have shared the above information with you?
  2. What is it you think that I'm deflecting?
  3. What is it you belive that I'm in denial of?
  4. Why does this feel like I'm having a discussion with my five year old? When she was two?

Hope there will be a update for those already bought it...(at no additional cost :messenger_winking: )

Game is brilliant but not enough to buy again at full price….and if suckerpunch were wasting time doing this instead of working on a proper sequel then we are going to be years off a full proper sequel which is disappointing

How original! ... but thanks anyway for the compliment. I'm only four.

You should be a politician or in marketing. Love to spread FUD.
OK, lets try again. Are you able to show us all where I've attempted to share Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt? You dont feel that your initial post has veered into that whole area that you now for some reason see as a negative?

Are you still not willing to enter into a discussion? If you're not wanting to discuss things why would you even sign up to a forum let alone post on one? You're still yet to offer anything at all to this topic or to even backup the two things that you said about me. Nothing to add? It's still just noise?

I'm actually trying to give you an easy way out of this.

If you want to purchase 10 copies of the same game, then go for it. It's your money, do whatever you want with it. It would be much appreciated if you purchased a extra copy for me.
