Apparently, new sales are starting today in Europe, I'm seeing 200+ new offers on psprices.com, it's still updating right now so it's probably not complete yet.

I went into my purcahsed library tostart my Nier preload and noticed Rise of the Tomb Raider was there. I have never purchased it . So clicked on it and started the download. 21gb file. Is this the game and is it free or something? Has it been on PS plus? I noticed it was for sale on the deals for 19.99 and I checked my account sales history and I have defientley never purchased this game before.
