I didn't see him being a bitch to Marwijk or anything, yes he was pissed off, but it's hard to say if it was for being subbed or just disappointed in his own performance and that the dutch might be out of it now. Reactions like that are what you see from every damn player getting subbed who has done badly and who's team is losing.
