i looked at someone else on the social club forums who'd had the same issue but the hoops support put you through to prove you owned the game were a bit too much for me to bother with for a game i was mostly lukewarm on

Best chance of it ever coming to PC is if they do one of those "super HD" releases and since the new consoles are basically PC getting a port out of that should more simple and straight forward.
Quite a good present, i would say.I'm not stupid. Tried it several times with different guides and nothing worked. I doubt it'll be patched, so I have to wait for GTA V.

Haven't bought this yet and still holding out for PS4 version as well. If they don't do a PS4 release, then I guess I probably won't ever get to play this game.

Goddddd come on R* announce a PS4 version. PS3 broke in the middle of the game and then I bought a PS4.. Never finished it ;(
Are you talking about PC, or PS4? In the case of PC, there's an actual rumor to go off of so it's not port begging.
Port begging generally isn't allowed because it derails threads, but this thread has always been about a possible port of GTA V to PC.

With the GTA4 mod making it look as good if not better than most games out, I'm afraid to see how good GTA 5 will look on pc
I wouldn't consider it begging when every game in the series has been released on PC.

I'll keep what I've been saying since April. The PC version gets a Spring release and the XBO/PS4 get a late Summer or Fall release for a "GOTY" version. The PS4/XBO version will be based on the PC version and there will obviously be a PS3/XB360 version as well but just a re-release of the current one.

it will probably take years. they just managed to finish the IV MP mod a year or so ago and i heard the development for that has stopped too.
hopefully R* doesn't encrypt all the files like they did with LA noire. im hoping that the PC version will have steamworks support with steam workshop, spotify in-game streaming, enhanced graphics and at least 64 player MP

I don't know, I don't think I'm interested in the game anymore. I was at first due to hype, but over the last couple of months quite a few people have pointed out a number of flaws that make the game seem... not very fun. I think this will be the first GTA that I will skip.

Seems strange to me why people expected GTA 5 to be announced any time before the end of January or the beginning of February. Right now Rockstar wants people to buy the console version.

I just did a Google search for this and it says nothing has been confirmed but, God, the idea of Minecraft on Wii U sounds amazing. The combination of the controller with touch pad controls is a dream come true.
