Their games are 'bigger' than E3, so something like RDR2 is unlikely to be there, but a re-release like this could pop up in one of the presentations.
Rockstar have a tendency to do that though. They didn't announce the PC version of GTA IV until 3 months before release. They'll probably do the same with this. If they announce it at E3, it will probably come out later this year.

I'm pretty sure that the PC port of GTAV was the starting point of the next gen ports, and I'm also pretty sure that R* has shown it before.

Why should i spend that much money? It is a game and we don't need to play every game that is released. If R* doesn't want to release it on PC fine i will skip that game. If they decide to publish it again fine they will get my money when price goes down to 5$ because i won't support company that delays game for other platforms by almost a year.

A week or two ago one of the mods here said it was coming to PC/PS4/XBO later this year. I'm not sure if they were joking, but I doubt a Neogaf mod would go around spreading false info like that (I forgot which one).

The visuals have really aged, especially after playing Escape from Butcher Bay recently, but the game is still excellent in many respects.
I actually love the K/M controls. Turns the game into somewhat of a janky third person shooter, instead of just locking onto targets and clicking until they are dead.
Better than with that god awful lockon system you get with a pad.
It was obvious what platform was lead, the ps2 in this case.
Sidenote, i love the fact that there were people actively trying to get that orange sky bullshit that was in the ps2 version on pc, both that people actually liked that and that they succeeded in doing so.

Good that I didn't wait out like some people for the pc release and just got the PS3 version last summer. If a pc or ps4 release ever comes, I'll gladly buy it again.

You can use gamepads on PC too
VC is really difficult to go back to, both on consoles and pc, SA was a huge improvement gameplay wise.
Gta III is still charming for what it is but like VC practically unplayable, if you thought lock-on was bad in SA then definitely don't play III.
Wonder why R* never did HD remasters, maybe they knew they just did not hold up gameplay wise.
I didn't realize just how nonsensical that statement was until now.

They did remaster III-San Andreas.........on ios and android. And they kept the stupid lock-on.

And for those asking why they "delayed" the PC version:
1) 33M sold on 2 platforms. Resources go there, fairly obvious. The petition had around 650-1M sigs? Barely a dent.
2) Never announced, so there is no actual delay.
I get the disappointment, but it's been out for months and RDR still isn't there. If you can wait a year or years every time, I salute you.
Safer option to just buy on console rather than wait and hope. Yes, 4 came, but was it worth the wait time? I love that series, so for me it's a no, and I would've bought the PC version too if it came out earlier.
