Just wondering because I know too many girls that like me, just they're not the ones I'm interested in. I mean, they seem nice.. It's just I don't want to get into a slump buster relationship, because no matter what you always have the messy ending with relationships.

Bullshit. I spend, what, a total of 40 seconds a week typing up posts about my lack of a lovelife? A fraction of that in addition to my usual routine aint gonna do shit. My problem isn't so much a willingness to talk to girls as much as it is having a means to, as I've never been the type to go up and talk to random strangers. If I were still in school it'd probably be different.

To the people still not in the know, A 'Slump Buster' is a REALLY fat and or ugly chick that men sleep with to break out of any bad rut they may be in.

Like if a superstar running back sucked for a few games, he would be in a rut. Once that running back sleeps with some super duper fugly chick, he's in the clear for being at his old superstar self again.

:lol I'm not a quarterback and it's not a really fat or ugly chick. The girl's just not really hot.. It'd be like a step down from the last girl I was with. You know, just to get in the groove again because you're in a slump with girls.

Still, when we're all brooding and negative, people tell us to lighten up. Now we're making light of our situations, poking fun at ourselves, and you're still on our backs about our "moaning" about women. Do you think you could cut us just a little bit of slack?

Agreed, especially if she's ugly. Had sex with one once, and no sir, i didn't like it. Didn't matter how good a person she was. i couldn't see dating someone i wasn't even attracted to to begin with, let alone get into a serious relationship.

Yeah Im kinda in that predicament and whats worse its a girl from work. She's a nice person and all but I just dont feel that attraction. Ive been out with her once and shes already invited me over to her place but I just really dont see us happening.

I think Mark Grace used the term on Jim Rome some years back. When the team was in a slump, one guy would go out and find the ugliest broad available and "take one for the team" :lol
