EverQuest Titanium Pack

Well, they've finally gone and done it. An EverQuest pack with every single expansion. Pretty cheap, but how many new people are really going to choose *now* to sign up for the original EverQuest?

Sony Online Entertainment has announced that they will release an EverQuest Titanium Pack, which includes EverQuest and its 10 expansion packs, including the recently released Depths of Darkhollow for $19.99 USD. EverQuest was originally launched in 1999, and still garners a large amount of players.

* The Planes of Power™ expansion
* The Legacy of Ykesha™ extension
* The Lost Dungeons of Norrath™ expansion
* Gates of Discord™ expansion

Did anyone play this for a wihle (or do you now)? I'm a little curious, but I fear a small population of nothing but high-level characters...am I right in my assumption?

Also they're reactivating old accounts for 21 days right now. I just had to patch, then my login info worked.

I played for a couple years a while back, then deleted my characters. I've tried other MMOs but I have not liked any of them except EQ for some reason. Currently I'm playing my level 20 cleric on Prexus and I've seen a decent number of 15-25s in Paludal, but I'd imagine that they're all going to be level 70 within weeks, so I don't think a brand new player to EQ will be able to keep up unless they find a family type guild or have some friends PL them and break the game down(zones, encounters, etc.)

There is a TON of content for new people though, I imagine if someone and a couple of their friends wanted to start up now, they could explore quite a lot, especially with the quest/LDoN armor and stuff.

I haven't logged in since Dragons of Norrath came out in February.

But, I kind of want to play Depths of Darkhollow since it brought back the Monster mode that was awesome back in the day.

Since this includes Darkhollow and is $10 less than the expansion I may get this just to run around as a monster.

I just reinstalled EQ+ all expansions and if this thing is less than 10 discs I'll buy it just for the ease of reinstall. It took FOREVER to reinstall everything.
