Every Nintendo fan has moral and civic duty to support Duskbloods like it's a Nintendo first party game

online only
multiplayer only
extraction game

Then you are completely out of touch. Have you been hiding under a rock? Look at the reception to Nightreign. Did you not ready any of the comments during the Switch 2 Direct? It went from pure Bloodborne 2 HYPE to "skip" as soon as anyone heard what it really is.

I'm reserving my final judgment on the final game for release. Maybe it will be great, but I am not supporting this game until I know how it actually is. And until then, it's going to be fighting an uphill battle.

Which might end up fun anyways, depends on the price, still multiplayer only… eeeh..

Nah. I'm sure the game will be good but, for me, they probably couldn't develop anything that's less interesting than a multiplayer souls-like.

But I have zero interest in most of their games. FROM games just aren't my thing.

You fuckers didn't buy Armored Core 6 enough, this here was your fucking duty.

Want to send the right message to FROM? Buy AC6.
That game is an incredible single player experience, none of that open world/online only trash.

I think it's an attempted power move by Nintendo to get "serious" gamers into their ecosystem. It doesn't look good enough to buy on day one imo, so I think souls fans would be better off waiting for exclusivity to expire after year or so. Nintendo isn't publishing it, right? It'll come to other platforms for sure.
Nintendo is indeed the publisher. Though I believe FromSoftware is publishing it themselves in Japan.

Every proper Fromsoft fan has moral and civic duty to not buy this shite and get them back on track to making proper soulslikes again

These types of games are stressful, So the people playing these types of games don't already have enough stress just from life alone?

Fucking loony tunes!

Women and men who don't live at home can enjoy things like BOTW, Ring Fit and Monster Hunter Risem

I wouldn't rule this out. There's quite a few Kadokawa exclusives on Switch, and they can still happen even with the Sony deal.
Never said they couldn't. But those titles you listed aren't targeted at a mature audience.

I'd rather not see any more exclusivity deals out of from soft so the largest possible group of players can actually play their games

You said a game can't sell on Nintendo unless it's a cartoon game aimed at kids and men who live at home. Those titles disprove that.

People who enjoy BOTW or Monster Hunter can also enjoy Elden Ring or Duskbloods. Games don't need an 18+ rating to target a mature audience.

All those games have cartoon graphics.

I wanna see this game sell 10-12 million copies and become massive on-going franchise.

I also want to see Nintendo and From Soft collaborate on more exclusive projects. Since many people think Nintendo need to cater more to 'mature' audience, From Soft type of games are ideal for that

- At the very least I'd like to see more From Soft games ported to Switch 2, like Sekiro, Armored Core 6, Dark Souls 3
- I'd like to see From Soft input and influence on the next, darker theme Zelda game

Sony was gifted TWO From Soft exclusives and they squandered it both times. Don't repeat the same mistake, NINTENDO and their FANS MUST SUPPORT DUSKBLOODS, please 🙏
I'm starting to understand why Kotaro lives alone. Jokes aside, the problem with Duskbloods is that it is an Online game first and foremost and we all know the online experience in FromSoftware games is middling to say the best, especially when it comes to connectivity and estability.

It has my interest at the moment on the merit of it being a From game. I will need to see more of the game before I make a decision on whether I buy it Day 1.

Its a Multiplayer online Game , this is not a souls Game , Will have less sales but also won't be a flop.

The great about souls Games is that You can play them singleplayer and only if You are sttrugling on a boss or área you can ask for help but is your choice.

As a From Software fanboy, nope. I treat their games as offline single-player RPGs and have since Demon's Souls. I purposely turn off my network connection when playing them. I'm not interested in co-op and I have zero patience for being invaded by other players. To me, they make solitary experiences.

If people like this and Nightreign, good. I am always up for seeing studios make money and fans to get a good game they enjoy. It's just not for me.

Both Duskbloods and Nightreign are boycott games for me, even if priced at $9.99.

Fuck these service titles. Give us the good shit From not this watered down garbage.
