I don't think he will not win any tournament anymore. He just doesn't have what it takes anymore IMO. Also when was the last time he won any tournament? relevant ones. It seems to me he can't find a character in SFV like he did in SFIV. Tokido is miles better than him IMO. I have no clue how that match got so close.(daigo vs tokido)
