I wanted to get back in shape, so I have been going to the gym to hit a punching bag for an hour 3-4 times a week for the last few months.
Last week I bought a used one for 20€ and hanged it outside.

Slightly OT, but how well does this help in getting in shape generally? The gym room I go to has a punching bag and gloves, but I never even tried it out, since it doesn't seem to be, well, very intense. Am I wrong?

A punching bag is one of the best things you can do for cardio. Its my personal favorite thing to use to get in shape. You just need to learn some drills. I just put on some music and go to town on the thing. Certain kickboxing drills will target every muscle group in your body. Do it.

Why is it that some posters in these thread go unnoticed?, or at least no one ever replies to their pics/posts?. I won't name names but... it's not like they're complete uggos, au contraire... but i've noticed that trend and it's always the same posters that always go ignored. Can't figure out what it is, it's like there's these group of "cool" members that always comment each others pics but turn their nose at the "uncool" members whenever they dare post. I may waaay off the mark here but that's the impression that i get.

To be real though, I've been having a huge lack of confidence in my looks. Specifically just because I'm currently single. It's stupid to think that way, I know, but what can you do. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I rarely get replies! Lol. I was actually pretty disappointed on that one thread you made. I sent 5 photos, more than anybody, and only you replied. T-T

I was hoping for comments on my baby self, really. xD
