Factory sealed... Toejam & Earl?!

How the hell can you find a factory-sealed Atari 2600 game?? That's unbelieveable. I was extremely lucky enough as it was to find a factory-sealed copy of NES Top Gun.

Wow, that's insane. Factory-sealed 2600 games. That's the kind of thing that belongs in some kind of museum.

It looks like it has been reshrunk... I doubt the seal is original. To verify, ask for a pic of the back. If it is real, it should have a plastic hanging tag on the upper section of the back side.

Some of them, yeah. But remember the game crash. There were a lot of unsold Atari 2600 games in 1983, and people may have hoarded them thinking they would increase in value. As a result, they haven't.

Based on the way it's sealed, it looks real to me.

Lots of people I know have sealed 2600 games, though they're all collectors. If you collect such things, you'll find them.

looks fake, the shrinkwrap looks loose and there's ruffles in it, shouldn't be like that cause for their older games Sega used some kind of shrinkwrap that was very tight and brittle

I remember how there was plenty of factory sealed 2600 games being sold by retailers to appease angry parents during the whole Mortal Kombat controversy in 93.

The shrinkwrap is fake. Back then Sega used thick shrinkwrap and it was easily visible. A good picture of the top of the box would be the clear giveaway which is probably the reason why you can't see it ;)

Jesus.. I don't have an SNES, though. :( And certainly not a PAL SNES. At any rate, that has to be worth hundreds of dollars.
