Uhh now that you mention it Guilty Crown really did start out pretty bad but in comparison to where it ended up I can't say I really blame you for thinking something like that.

I watched a few early episodes of this, stopped because it was painfully boring, and decided to pick it back up here to see how it ended. The mystery of who the little sister was was digging away at me!
Not really, I just have too much free time.

Somehow they made it seem like the sister showed up after I stopped watching as a new character, which was extremely confusing.

Only it turns out she wasn't the sister at all or something. In fact, she was a fallen child actor who had taken up acting as Shougo's little sister because she was looking for the greatest acting challenge of her life. Also, the real little sister wanted to get with the brother so she sort of just let it fly and tried to help her with her acting or something. I don't really get it but I'm not exaggerating. This actually happened and was somehow more confusing in context.

Ultimately, the most the little sister got was a single date, which ended with a kiss and a very bluntly worded proposition. Really there are bold statements by a number of the girls all over the episode that the main character runs away from. Because if it's not obvious by now the little sister won.


And the really important message of the show is summed up in a single line, and it's a very powerful message.

One movie I never watched before, one I already owned on DVD and love. I need more Ghibli stuff on BRD yet though.

Oh, I got my Madoka movie ticket finally because the Chicago movie theater moved it to a larger theater because of how quickly it sold out. I dunno if anyone else is going to that showing or what but if you are and want to say "hi" or something you should let me know.

Space Bros. is the show falling off for me though. I'm pretty hyped about a bunch of stuff I probably shouldn't be this season.

I just bought tickets because they finally made more available!

Not sure about the larger theater though, as mine still has the location being at the Music Box. If it's anything, my showing starts at 9:30PM.

It's within the Music Box that it's a larger theater I think. I dunno, I called them on the phone to check for more tickets awhile back and they said they were looking to move it into a bigger venue.

Cheese and crackers though go to bed. It's like five AM here.

Makes sense. The place itself is pretty small.

Also yeah, it's about that time. I'll PM you when we get closer to the screening date for sure.

We might get lucky, but I'm pretty sure the real ED is a quartet sung by the 4 main females of the group. At least these web-shorts will be a consistent thing, so we'll see this ED every week.

There were some shots in the PVs of her without the eyepatch. It's probably just the chuunibyou.

Eye infections of the sorts, people with glass eyes, eye surgeries, etc.

Also I find it funny that a rapping bear got more response that a DJing one. Apparently the latter is far to normal to raise people's eyebrows.

That's actually pretty cool. But I collect pin badges so that's the first bit of anime tat that comes with a DVD I've seen that appeals to me.

I have to agree with him on that. The fact that getting their bone on wasn't the be-all-end-all was pretty refreshing.

Although given the last two episodes, maybe it should have been.
