Fallout 4 - Multiple E3 Gameplay Demos, Releasing November 10th, 2015

I'm not impressed. Textures look low resolution, character look bland and the environment wasn't bad looking but not outstanding

Just stated above this post, but what they're showing on stream gameplay-wise is incredible.

The characters look like a result of the art style, but the textures do look a bit lo res, yes. Again, maybe that's related to art too, I don't know. Animations are stiff as usual.

But There's a ton more here than just the visuals that should be cause for hype. Or at least intrigue.

The art direction looks pretty good. I also think the graphics look fine. That dialogue wheel looks terrible. Hated it in Mass Effect, and I can't see myself liking it here. I also can't say I like the inclusion of voice acting either. I can't see myself picking this up after hating FO3/Skyrim.

That whole presentation was just too fucking godlike

And then the bombshell at the end with the release. Absolutely fucking flawless victory

RIP Fallout lore.

The amount of resources poured into this game is impressive. The way they did it is not. Absolutely awful direction the series is taking.

The Fall is starting to get crowded. I wonder if we are heading into an industry where third parties dominate the Fall releases and the first party stuff just gets out of their way?

Sweet

I've never played the series but this looked fun, I'll probably grab it.

I REALLY didn't want a voiced protagonist. For the modding communities sake, I hope there's a classic dialogue system toggle.

It's sad to me that people are picking apart the graphics or dialogue system when all the gameplay improvements looks so fun.
