Might be a hot take but Fallout 4 still looks good when maxed out on PC. Characters aged like milk but the world still has that charm.

From the trailer it even looks worse than the Steam Deck version, which doesn't make sense at all.
It's a shame that Bethesda (apparently) went for the quick cash grab port… again.

To rub salt into it, the Switch 2 version in the UK is more expensive (£59.99) than the PS5 version (£52.99).
They're asking £60 for a game with worse performance than the PS4 version. And this is game that's over ten years old. How is the oblivion remake going to run on the Switch 2?!

To Switch 2 credit, vanilla Fallout 4 never looked good, even on PC.

Looks surprisingly bad on Switch 2. No other way to put it, really. Shadow resolution in particular is god awful.

Fallout 4 has never been a looker. Remember i felt dissapointed by those visuals 10 years ago when i tried on PS4. But this is ridiculous, Switch 2 could at least match base PS4 fidelity levels. How Bethesda ir porting also to Switch 2 the Oblivion remaster, which is one entire generation above on graphical level, and can´t secure decent visuals for Fallout. Switch 2 isnt a powerhouse, but that´s just lazyness. Some scenes look like are taken from a Switch 1 port. Or might be it´s also being launched on Switch 1?

Dude rushed to have a video out before others hoping to capitalize on hype by comparing ps5 footage to a compressed trailer, and it took him 14 hours to do it?!
So tired of these comparison videos. Anyone who thinks a switch 2 will outperform the ps5 is delusional anyway. It will look great on portable, it will have a lower frame rate. I expect it to be just as good as cyberpunk, Star Wars, on switch 2 and I'm enjoying them immensely. If you're into the game that's all that matters so tired of chasing pixels etc.

The anniversary upgrade + all the DLC is more than the 64GB max cart size.
It's > 70GB on PS5.
Damn, I skipped through the video and it's just under 14W for 45FPS there on the Deck. This is really good.

No, you should be dissapointed that it doesn't beat the PS5 and you should feel bad for even thinking that it would be nice to have fallout on the go.

PC gaymers aren't even on neogaf they have too much to do redownlaoding all their mods and working a new list order since last update bugged everything and make the game crash at launch.Xbox fans
