You know what would be amazing? If they announced the release day on the release date.
I mean imagine that? They have a big showing at E3, then at the end they say "You can buy and play fallout 4....now."
I always wondered why no one has tried a release like that, I mean a series like this is going to sell PERIOD, so why not generate amazing excitement/hype by doing a super huge surprise release like that? Totally blow everyone's socks off.
where does he say it in there?
Pete Hines has said similar things. It sounds like they know they don't need much marketing to sell people on it, and they know people want it without having to wait for too long.He basically states that they want to reveal the game when it's close to being shipped. It
doesn't take much to read in between in the lines.

this year is going to be insane...this would make me a happy camper
Damn son, this years race to GOTY is going to be a massacre
Bloodborne, Witcher 3, MGS V, (Possibly) Fallout 4, (Possibly) Persona 5, (Possibly) Arkham Knight, (Possibly) Rise of Tomb Raider and Halo 5.

Yeah, if everything comes out in 2015 and meets expectations, it could be one of those years where 7, 8 games get an even split of the media awards. Unless one happens to blow them all out of the water, which is a crazy thought considering Bloodborne and Witcher 3 have set the bar awfully high. Deus Ex can't possibly be coming out this year too, can it?This year's GOTY race is going to be tight.
Skyrim was announced Dec. 2010 -> release Nov. 2011.Didn't Skyrim release fairly shortly after its reveal? It was under a year at least.

Thankfully not, way too much on my plate already lol.Deus Ex can't possibly be coming out this year too, can it?
CE details at E3. Please!

I'm going to need more hours in the day, come fall.
Isn't Todd Howard's team generally pretty good at hitting dates? If they announce it for 2015 I'd be pretty surprised if it got delayed.
Has this been posted on GAF yet?
