Final Fantasy V Opening Theme on one of the Orchestral Game Concert CDs, number 2 I think.

Personally I think that it is one of the better opening songs Uematsu has ever done and hearing it in full frontal is great. Other than that it's always hearing the classic Zelda overworld theme in orchestra or of course hearing the Mario 64 first level from the Mario & Zelda Big Band CD
