Cannoli are basically ....kinda...not really but still.... dessert tacos/burritos

I had a Cannoli Sunday at my family run Italian place. It is great.

for those wondering:

Suadero = Brisket
Barbacoa = Sheep, goat or beef, steam cooked underground
Carne Asada = Grilled skirt steak
Al Pastor = Marinated pork roasted on a slow-turning vertical rotisserie, pineapple on top, thinly sliced
Sesos = Cow or goat brains
Buche = Pork stomach
Carnitas = Basically pulled pork that's been slow-cooked in its own fat on a huge bronze pot
Guisado = Still not sure what it is, exactly
Picadillo = Ground beef
Chorizo = Ground pork, sausage like

Chicken tacos are less popular than brain tacos you can come to your own conclusion.
