Morrisons skills are legit but his look/gimmick needs a reboot. Addidng a beard isnt doing anything.
Return to the Palace of Wisdom he must.

I don't really like the idea of a separate division either. Was never a fan of the cruiserweight division in WCW, I mean, it was great to get those guys deserving exposure, but It always seemed like JV and some of the top guys deserve better. After Eddie, Shawn Michaels and Rey you'd think Vince would be more open to smaller guys getting over as main eventers.
Eddie's biceps were huge for a small guy.

Sting almost wrestled for the WWE at Wrestlemania 18:

Former WWE creative team member Dave Lagana posted a new blog in which he recalls Sting being in the WrestleMania 18 plans. "Sting at Wrestlemania almost happened nine years ago," Lagana wrote. "Wrestlemania 18 will always be remembered for the memorable Hogan vs. Rock battle in Toronto. That event also featured Triple H winning the undisputed World Title from Chris Jericho and Steve Austin facing NWO Scott Hall (w/Kevin Nash).

"Sting was approached that year to make his WWE debut and wrestle on the big event. Once he was introduced to the brand, it was pitched that at Wrestlemania 18 Sting would face Kurt Angle. If you remember, Kurt was eventually thrown into a match with Kane with little setup. The deal apparently fell apart as Sting wasn’t willing to work the full WWE schedule. Now nine years later, we might finally get to see Sting in WWE." To read the full blog, visit Iwantwrestling.com.

Sting vs. Kurt Angle? Why, if a smaller promotion had that as a main event for a pay-per-view, it would set the world on fire! Me and my crazy idlings.

shietttt, that would be awesome for Sting to end it

After all this time, the Streak is the most sacred thing in pro wrestling and well no one will/should break it keep it secret as an almost Legendary quality.

Taker will have to let somone break it eventually. He needs to give back ala andre the giant and the rock.

“@jgabe247: @CMPunk How is huskey harris will u replace him?”
WYes, with this youngster I have my eye on. Calls himself "sting". We will have to work on that name.

The streak is his it means more than championships, makes more financial sense for them to never touch the streak.

Taker's career is ending. How does it make financial sense to use the streak do anything other than put someone younger over?

They could make alot of money selling a streak dvd with all of his Wrestlemania matches, but it would be huge if they used it right to put over a new star.

I think Undertaker has earned the right to keep his streak in tact. Besides, there's not really anyone that could not only look believable taking on Undertaker, but could have a chance to beat him. Then you also have to think about whether the people will even flock to him after he's beaten Undertaker and snapped the streak. There's no one in the WWE right now that could do anything with it.

Great wrestlers know that you have to give back to the business and help put someone over once your career is done. Andre the Giant did it with Hogan. That WM match made Hogan the icon. The Rock knew this as well and he put Brock cleanly over legitimizing Brock. Its a shame for the WWE that Brock jumped ship so quickly but when The Rock put him over it made Brock a legit star.

Taker finally leting someone beat him would instantly put that person over. "selling dvds" with the matches is understandable but one loss wouldnt ruin the streak dvd wise. Especially if its a great match

Who could put on a good match with Undertaker to the level of anything done in the past four or five years? There just aren't any good "young" performers in the company right now that are at that level.

I would say Taker helped make Brock more than The Rock. As you see with some other champ, winning the title clean isn't the only thing. Getting a HUGE win over Taker in the Hell in a Cell helped a lot more.

Also think he was important, not as important as Bret in making Austin a main event act.

I would say his run with Orton in 2005 also helped cement Orton as a main event player.

I don't think losing at Mania is needed. He could put someone else over before he goes, but I think he should retire with the streak. That's his career.

They could put someone like Daniel Bryan over him. It could cement him as a main eventer and they would have a 5 star match together. Of course, this has to be with proper build and proper execution after the match.

Dolph Ziggler.

They have no real history, but they could easily start something if Taker comes back, then Dolph come out and slaps him in the face.

Would be a great way to take him to the next level, and get him away from Vicky, which is needed now IMO

It makes far more financial sense for the streak to remain than for it to be broken. There is infinite merchandise to be made off the streak.

Hah, TNA putting the Kevin Nash WWE signing into the storyline. Bischoff claimed he was the one to tell Nash to go to WWE because he'd be financially secure.

TNA's just salty that WWE intercepted the proverbial football.

Like what? A 20-0 T-Shirt? 20-0 DVD set? Then what?

Whoever breaks the streak will make a CAREER off of that. The "infinite merchandise" will only be hot for so long.

Disagree 110 percent. The infamous bloody austin passing out to Harts sharpshooter made Austin "the guy"

I don't think Ziggler needs it though. At best, they wouldn't be able to put it into motion until 2012. Is there any way that Ziggler WON'T be main eventing Wrestlemania by then? He's not ready now, but he's right at the cusp. By this time next year, we'd be saying how it'd be a waste to put over Ziggler at Wrestlemania.

This I could possibly see. He's a scrapper and could pull off the victory. Not to mention, making Undertaker tap at Wrestlemania would be unheard of. I would have said Alberto Del Rio had he not won the Rumble this year. Who knows, perhaps even Dashing could be an awesome opponent if he develops over this year in the ring a bit more and is made to look like more of a threat. Swagger would be another awesome choice, if the dumbfucks at creative knew how to handle his character.

But in the meantime, I still say that in an industry where the old guard gets treated like shit both off-screen and on-camera, I think Taker's streak should be kept.

Why do I feel like TNA has been constantly making us look forward to dates since January 4th, 2010 then we get absolutely NO payoff. How can they watch their product and be happy with this crap every week?

Also, Pope was going to take a fan 'confession' this week but I guess they forgot that angle or dropped it. lol

Haha I remember that from last week. Why was the asian guy from the green hornet there? I missed that segment.

Seeing all this foreshadowing is kind of interesting. And hey, they actually hyped a match for Impact next week on commentary, even though it was just a line in passing it is a start lol
