Why are people talking Sting at WrestleMania?

But regardless he should retire, he's becoming an embarrassment.

Who's an embarrassment? Sting? He's never done anything sad. He needs to retire and should do it on the worlds largest stage for wrestling.

I can't believe people are talking about Undertaker losing his streak and "putting someone over." The WWE doesn't need to do that--look how fast people get title shots now. Used to be you had to tool around the federation for 5+ years before getting a sniff at the world title.

Now they come in and get the title put on them almost instantly. "Getting over" means absolutely nothing any more because if they want to get someone over badly enough they'll give them the title and try it that way.

Having UT lose at WM would be an awful idea.

I dont see whats awful about it. Simply giving them a title doesnt work. Didnt really work for CM Punk, and absolutely failed with Swagger and Sheamus.

The dueling Anderson/Hardy chants are getting fucking annoying. These fans are lucky Super Dragon isn't around. He'd jump over that barricade and punk them all.

LOL.

You gotta link that video for the people who haven't seen it.

This rewrite all makes sense because the grand plan was beating up angle and all the faces tons of times to get Eric to trust them then throw the swerve :/

Sorry for the interruption, cuz I know its TNA night, but I just saw the funniest damn thing I've seen in a long time.

I'm probably the last person at wrestle-gaf to see this so its probably old, but its Jim Ross telling a story about Brian Pillman. I had to share just in case anyone out there hasn't seen it.

My side hurts from laughing the last 10 minutes, and I was almost in tears. The way JR delivers this story is amazing. I was not expecting what I heard at the end.

This is the first time I have watched TNA in years, and I gotta say, it's making a damn good case for not letting wrestlers "make it up as they go along" when it comes to promos. Most of these guys sound so fucking stupid it's embarrassing.

TNA is so awful. this whole thing is a mess
It's somewhat interesting. AJ, Beer Money, and Kaz have been there for a long time. And Bishoff's saying that HE built them. What a load of last minute improvision.

Stuff like the Jarret kids thing and this Fourtune beat up Angle but now hes with him/Bishoff built them is classic Vince Russo. Its also awful.

You can't blame them for the Fortune stuff though as it wasn't supposed to be them. Jarrett kids stuff on the other hand most likely came straight from Jarrett. I just don't get what they were trying to say with that Jarrett at home stuff. I guess it was supposed to be comedy, but it wasn't funny.

Look @ Jeff before he got the strap. Abyss "beat the shit outta him" then he turned heel.

You know, I was fearing the worst for this whole They storyline based off of the reactions in this thread, but having Fortune = They isn't actually too bad, all things considered. One thing I like about it is that the "homegrown" guys are the faces in this angle and look stronger than the opposing side, whereas other angles of this vein (New Blood angle and the MEM/Frontline angle, for instance) had the "homegrown" guys act as the weaker heels/tweeners that the crowd really couldn't get behind.

Of course, it doesn't make total sense given the previous history between Angle and Fortune, but considering it was a last minute deal, I don't have too much of a problem with it.

But they still need to beef up Immortal now with some new additions.

Yeah but

it buries Anderson as champ because he has no one to feud with now. It was Him, RVD, and Angle vs. THEM but now THEM and THEY are in a war.

LOL! I've always heard stories of Pillman being hilarious backstage. I also heard stories that Owen was just as hilarious. Sad we lost people like them...

Watching Smackdown right now, Booker is kind of rough on commentary, but he is starting to get his groove as the show goes on. About Kelly Kelly "she is hotter than a mexican plate lunch covered in hot sauce" lol

Flagship programme TNA Impact will air EVERY Tuesday night in the UK and Ireland at 10pm from February 8, followed by TNA Xplosion at midnight.

The monthly PPV events - starring the likes of Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair and Kurt Angle - will be broadcast on Wednesdays, starting with Against All Odds on February 16.

Due to TNA being off air in January, catch up episodes of Impact and Xplosion will go out every day from Thursday February 3 to Monday February 7 from midnight.

Fans can also watch TNA's January PPV event, Genesis, on Wednesday February 9 at 10pm.

Sky channel Challenge is available on Sky 125, Virgin Media 139 and Freeview 46.

Wrestling fans across the UK and Ireland have hailed the Freeview move, meaning that anyone with a new TV or Freeview box can watch without paying a subscription.

TNA President Dixie Carter said: "We are delighted to have signed this deal giving all our incredible fans in the UK exactly what they've been asking for - professional wrestling back on free television."

Barbara Gibbon, Challenge's Head of Channel, added: "We're thrilled to have agreed a deal to make Challenge the new home of TNA Wrestling in the UK where it has a huge fan base."

Yeah, I think they did change it.

Yeah, this music is awful. It sounds like nothing, and hell the commentators are louder than it is.

I'm assuming they will go through several themes before finding the right one.

~Edit!
Funny to think that Kelly Kelly/LayCool are in a world title match before tons of other wrestlers

Here lately, the announcers have been louder than anything else on the program.

Watching Smackdown (Sky Sports), Booker is not a good as I expected :/

At least Elimination Chamber is confirmed to be a free PPV. :)

I think the problem is him playing it straight.
