Except that they already had a match on Smackdown and it was awesome.

Ambrose has been the most cheered person for almost 2 years despite losing alsmot every feud.
Sounds exactly like The Rock and Flair.
2 people booked to constantly lose but managed to stay over.
Also Ambrose has had better merch sales than even Xena despite not having 45 new items every month like Bray and Roman.
If this company considers the brand as the draw why not just pit who is getting cheered over if it doesn't matter to them?
This is all about a few select peoples twisted opinion on what matters when only one thing does.
Can you get over?
Your looks, work rate, charisma, and promo doesn't matter.
All that matters is can you get over and stay over.
