Well if you do delay canceling BPM synchronization goes out the window, but that's 3hardcore5me.
Lock delay in ARS resets on elevation change(and only that), so it's obviously not going to synch perfectly regardless, but I find that it's more important to establish a timing floor. If you're able to organize your thoughts and inputs to at least match the rate given, then extra frames make it that much easier.

(Haha, that reminds me. Classic is ARS. World is SRS.)
How so is the speed upgrade in Texmaster broken? Cause that would explain why my
scores in master trend higher if I miss COOL in 0-100.
I just remember reading about it ages ago. I forget the exact details.

Welp time to find a new engine to practice on, cause I'm pretty sure they still haven't fixed the input delay in Nullpo yet (plus it's kinda shit?)

LOL if they let people set up money matches on 1 round 30 second timer

I was messing around with the match settings, and they do have it so you can set the match rules like that:

Hahaha @ 12% management fee!

I fucking KNEW it! This is Capcom's way of monetizing their games. Although this will work well because players will see it as a way to make money themselves.

Custom Rules: Kens Only, Only use the Online Ken Flowchart as your playstyle, Training Room Only, 30 Second Time Limit, 1 Round Only

AKA The XXBLACKHAWKDOWNXX technique used against DSP

Custom Rules: No throws

Finally, a way to organize honorable matches.

Custom Rules: No SPD's

I've been cheated!

I knew there was going to be a cut but I didn't expect it to be that high.

I think its an illusion for the people paying for it. The average these money matches will go for is 50-100 bucks. 12% is a huge percentage considering a cut but people will see the money they will win as an incentive. Its a win-win deal.

I can't see this lasting very long haha. Seems ultra sketchy, how does the console know or register what actually happened in match because it's not like the honesty policy is gonna work here haha. I'd never put money down for an online match either, if you lost because of lag it'd be way more heartbreaking.

Hopefully you can matchmake by state in the future, that would more than likely get rid of the lag issue.

Unless the other guy scumbag lag switched or something.

Seems like you have to show the battle log too.

Anyone wondering, the subscription cost this:
1 Month - 4.99
3 Months - 13.99
12 Months - 49.99

But there is a free trial month thing too if you want to try it out first

And the benefits for the subscription here:

Time to see some deals on lag switches.

I agree it's a long shot that Capcom isn't making a part of that percentage, but that's speculation.
